Spacious large furnished room

Large room available now in spacious, bright, 2 bedroom apartment in Bellevue Hill/Bondi Junction. The flat has a big, modern eat in kitchen, lovely bathroom, big living room and sunroom. It gets lots of sun in all windows and so is nice and warm. You really must see it to appreciate it. The flat is furnished, the room is unfurnished (apart from big built in wardrobe). We are less than 10 mins walk to Bondi Junction (3 stops to the city) where you will find great shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as trains and great bus connections. In addition it is about 20 minutes walk to Bondi Beach, and a short bus ride to the hub of Oxford Street which has awesome shopping and nightlife. We are looking for a flatmate in their 20s, to stay ideally for minimum 6 months. Must be clean, friendly and easy going. Share with couple in mid twenties who are also clean, friendly and easy-going. We have just signed the lease and need someone to move in now! Electricity and gas bills will be shared. If you want we can easily get the internet connected too.
