At End of Lease Cleaning Specialist, we carry out end of lease/tenancy cleans for the tenant, Businesses, landlord or letting agents. This service we can provide throughout the Sydney area. We have End Of Lease Cleaning experience since 2005. We invented the end Of Lease Cleaning Concept. Our cleaners are experienced and speak very good English and always on time. We specialize in End Of Lease Cleaning with Carpet Cleaning. It’s the only thing we do.
 

WHAT WE DO FOR AN END OF LEASE/TENANCY CLEAN

First, we vacuum all rooms, floors, skirtings, window frames, doors, cabinets, shelving’s, air vents and air conditioning and corners for cobwebs plus fluff in the laundry from the dryer.

1. KITCHENS

• Cleaning of sinks and taps

• Cleaning of surfaces and tiles

• Cleaning back splash area from grease and food splatter.

• Cleaning inside and outside of cupboards, shelving, drawers

• Clean stove.

• Exhaust cleaning

• Dishwasher door in out, microwaves cleaned.

2. BATHROOMS / SHOWERS / TOILETS

• Wipe baths walls, clean shower area (glass and tiles)

• Clean shower area inside/outside

• Clean bath tub

• Clean wash basins, toilets, wipe tiles, clean mirror.

• Clean bathroom cabinet

• Clean window sills if any.

• Mop bath rooms.

3. BEDROOMS & OTHER ROOMS

• Wet wiping window sills,

• Cob webbing where necessary

• Cleaning of light switches and finger-marks around them switches,

• Any built-in cupboards are wet wiped externally and internally.

• Mop floor if no carpet

• Clean windows inside

4. LUANDRY

• Vacuum walls/door for fluff and wipe if need be.

• Laundry with heavy fluff cover is extra

• Vacuum dryer and filter

• Clean sink

• Wipe out cabinet if any

• Wipe shelves if any

• Clean windows and window sills inside if any

All quoted prices via phone or in EMAIL are only guidelines and do vary according to condition of your home. If you live in building with NO LIFT, the cleaner can only go up to level one due to injuries.

Please Note: we need you to be on time for the cleaning. Additional fees apply for cleaner waiting time. Please call if running late. Cleaners can only wait 15 minutes. Our cleaners will need free un-metered parking on site / just outside your premises, or inside your premises or drive way.

For end of lease cleaning parking is extremely important. Parking signs ½ hour parking, 1-hour parking, loading zones or special restriction are not suitable. Signs with un-metered 2-hour parking or longer is OK.

For just carpet cleaning/window cleaning or quick jobs Parking signs ½ hour parking, 1-hour parking, loading zones or special restriction is OK. The cleaner will assess the parking situation on the day. We also need KEYS, POWER and HOTWATER. PLEASE.
